Updating my chapter officer roster
How often should my chapter run membership reports?
A number of reports should be run on a monthly basis. The new member report will allow you to identify new members. The expired members and expiring members reports will help you identify members whose status is about to lapse. Contact new members to welcome them to the chapter and provide them with a calendar of events. Similarly, contact lapsing members in an effort to retain them.

- Here you will be able to pull a report of new member, expired member, expiring member, and all member and nonmember reports are available on RIMS Web site.
