Your chapter should review the chapter bylaws each year and update them as needed. The House of Delegates may propose changes for chapter bylaws at the annual RIMS Conference. Your chapter should review these proposals and make any appropriate changes to your chapter’s constitution and bylaws as soon as possible.
A copy of your bylaws should be sent to RIMS annually and with each update. The posting of chapter bylaws on your chapter Web site is recommended.
